Warranty

All Salter Brecknell products are covered by a minimum 12 months warranty, providing they are subject to no more than normal wear and tear.  Extended warranties are available.

We can offer an on site warranty or repair service for selected products via a network of associated service providers.  Warranty returns are dealt with via our Dealer Support Team.


Spare Parts

Our Dealer Support Team also supplies spare parts and offers technical advice for a wide range of weighing products.


Repairs

In addition, we offer a full repair or repair and refurbishment service. Repaired machines carry a 6 month warranty.
